FAQs + Shipping

We take great care to ensure all plants are packed securely for shipping. We are not responsible for loss or damage of the package during shipping. Please be prepared to bring your package inside as soon as it arrives. Do not leave the package in extreme heat or cold. Unbox your plants immediately upon arrival.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be shipped on Monday and Tuesday to avoid delays during transit and help to ensure your plants arrive to you before the weekend. Orders placed after Sunday evening will be shipped out the following Monday. If you would like to receive your order sooner than the standard 3-5 days, please purchase upgraded shipping.

What shipping carrier do you use?

Orders are shipped via UPS. Most orders will take approximately 3-5 days to arrive with standard UPS Ground shipping. If you’d like to receive your order sooner, please upgrade your shipping to UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air during checkout.

Do you ship outside of the US?

International (including Canada) shipping is not available.

Do you ship in the winter? 

Yes, we will ship plants during the winter season. If the temperatures drop below 36 degrees at night, please add a heat pack and insulation to your order. We highly recommend that you upgrade your shipping to UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air to ensure your plants arrive quickly. We are not responsible for plants that arrive with cold damage if you did not include a heat pack and insulation in your order. If you are experiencing extreme cold weather, reach out to danielle@one-more-plant.com and we will hold your plant until the weather permits safe shipping to your location. 

Do you guarantee live arrival?

Please review our winter shipping policy above. If you have any issues with your plants, send photos to danielle@one-more-plant.com within 8 hours of delivery and we will rectify the issue.

Can you hold my order?

Yes, we can hold your order for up to 2 weeks. Please reach out to danielle@one-more-plant.com to request a hold.
